Who We Are

Sahan Therapy was created from a simple but meaningful idea that everyone deserves a space to explore themselves, gently and without judgement.

The name Sahan comes from the Somali word meaning to explore, to seek, to discover. This reflects the heart of the work offered here. Therapy is not about fixing who you are, but about creating space to understand yourself more deeply your thoughts, your emotions, and your experiences at your own pace.

Inclusivity is at the core of Sahan Therapy. I recognise that everyone’s experiences are shaped by their identity, background, culture, and the environments they move through.

This is a space that aims to be open, respectful, and responsive to each individual where all parts of you are welcome.

Experience and practice

I am a qualified and BACP registered therapist, with over 5 years of experience supporting individuals with their emotional wellbeing.

My work focuses on creating a calm, supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and safe to explore what may be difficult to express elsewhere.
